What we collect and why
- Order data: name, email, phone number, chosen parcel locker, ordered items. Needed to fulfil and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Accounting data: order information is kept because accounting and tax laws require it (legal obligation).
Who we share data with
Only what is needed to fulfil your order:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Omniva or LP Express: parcel delivery (name, phone number, locker)
- Resend: order confirmation emails
- Vercel: website hosting
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting data is kept as long as Lithuanian accounting and tax laws require (up to 10 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so it stays after a page reload.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Email informacija.itase@gmail.com.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (www.vdai.lrv.lt).
