Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item.
Conditions
- The sticker must be unused, not applied, and in its original packaging.
- The buyer pays the return shipping.
How to return
- Email informacija.itase@gmail.com with your order number and the items you are returning.
- We will send you the return address and parcel locker.
- Send the item within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that it was sent. We refund the item price and the original shipping cost.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, email us within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo. We will replace it or give a full refund including shipping, and you pay nothing for the return.
