1. General
1.1. These terms apply to all purchases on itase.lt.
1.2. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
1.3. Buyers must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Products and prices
2.1. Prices are in euros. The seller is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
2.2. The shipping price is shown in the cart before payment. Orders above the amount shown on the site ship for free.
2.3. Product photos are for illustration. Colours on screen and on the printed sticker may differ slightly.
2.4. Stickers are printed by the seller, so small differences between items are not defects.
3. Orders and payment
3.1. The contract is made when your payment is successful. You receive a confirmation by email.
3.2. Payments are processed by Stripe: card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. The seller never sees or stores your card details.
4. Delivery
4.1. We deliver within Lithuania only, to Omniva or LP Express parcel lockers.
4.2. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
4.3. If your chosen locker is no longer in service, we will email you to agree on another one.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
5.1. See the "Returns" page.
6. Product quality
6.1. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, email us within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo. We will replace it or refund the full amount, including shipping.
7. Liability
7.1. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper application or use (for example, applying to a dirty, wet or uneven surface).
7.2. Non-laminated stickers are for indoor use. For outdoor use and cars, we recommend laminated stickers.
8. Disputes
8.1. If something goes wrong, contact us first. We will try to resolve it quickly.
8.2. If we cannot agree, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt, Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius).
8.3. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Changes
9.1. The seller may update these terms. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
